    Blogs We Love: Panning Portraits

    Here’s the truth: really we just want to hang out with Brian Gaid. The dude has two killer car blogs and a healthy Flickr account that is just overstuffed with incredible car photos. Our favorite, for obvious reasons, is his Panning Portraits series. Here’s the idea, in Brian’s words: “There’s a street behind my house. I love to stand and take photos of the passing cars.” Done!

    What we love about it is that Brian proves he’s an omnivore — there is no discrimination for or against country of origin, period or relative condition. A nice old Del Sol is found in the same stream as your mom’s RX crossover or a big ole Cat front loader. Lots of good stuff in there, in full swiped background glory.
